Behind every food parcel, there’s often a bigger story and that’s why our Financial Inclusion partnership with Redcar and Cleveland Citizens Advice is such a vital part of what we do.
Their friendly team delivers free, confidential advice and support for our foodbank clients across all nine of our foodbank centres, helping people with things like benefits, debt, money, consumer issues, housing, family, work and immigration. The aim is simple: to help people move from crisis towards greater financial stability, so they don’t need the foodbank in the long term.
This work is absolutely crucial to the quality of support we offer and it’s a partnership we’re truly grateful for.
