Providing guidance, support and signposting for Footprints' clients and members.

As part of our commitment to supporting people living in Redcar & Cleveland, we can offer one-to-one support to all clients and members of Footprints’ projects.

Our Support Worker

Our Support Worker can provide guidance, support and signposting for the following:

* Benefit Check/’Better off’ calculations
* Benefit applications and challenging decisions (appeals)
* Searching and applying for grant funding
* Debt signposting (not advice)
* Other support tailored to an individual’s personal circumstances.

Citizens Advice Outreach Workers

Clients who visit our Foodbank centres also have access to Citizen’s Advice Outreach Advisors for one-to-one signposting, guidance and support, including benefits advice. 

 Acts 435

Acts 435 is an online giving charity, directly connecting those who want to give with those who are in genuine need of their help, through a network of local churches and charities.

Our projects may be able to refer clients and members in need for one of these small grants.
